Final Copy Of Greenburgh Town Budget Submitted Last Week GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- The proposed budget for the town of Greenburgh has be submitted for approval, according to Supervisor Paul Feiner. The Town Board has until Dec. 20 to review, modify and approve a final budget. The Town Board is scheduled to meet with department heads to discuss the proposed budget and there will be opportunities for public comment. According to Feiner's proposed budget, the 2015-2016 plan would include the lowest tax increase in years.
